In order to process your license request, ensure that PayPal has your current name and email address. When you submit your license request, make sure to use the same name and/or email information.
After your purchase is complete:
- To activate your licensed copy
- Launch SketchUp
- go to Plugins->Twilight->Options and select 'About'.
- Click on the 'Request License' button.
- Save the license request and email it to licensing at twilightrender dot com.
- We will process the request and send you your license as soon as possible.
- Once you've received your license code
- Return to SketchUp
- Again go to Plugins->Twilight->Options->About
- Select 'Activate Twilight'.
- Enter the code and email address your received and hit Ok
- Your copy of Twilight Render should now be activated.
- If your license does not appear to work, restart SketchUp, and check if the Options->About page says "License:Standard". If so, your copy is activated. If it does not, contact us at licensing at twilightrender dot com with any error messages you receive.
Twilight Render uses your computer's operating system to identify and validate your license. If you replace your computer, or install a new operating system, you will need to get a new license. Just follow the activation procedure above, include a brief explanation of the event, and we will provide you a new license, free of charge!
