Re: The Favorite All-time Render with Twilight?
Hello again :) I know it's been a while since I posted anything here, but I have been keeping track of the posts on FB, and figured I should make my contribution to this one. As a side-note, a reason for my absence. At first, it was losing interest in general, not only to 3D but most things I used t...

Re: What would you do with this little scene?
Thanks! Yeah the quality not great, I was in a bit of a rush to get it up and had to re-render it when I realized I had an object without a material applied. Letting it render again now tho

Re: What would you do with this little scene?
Looks good Mike, I like the sunlight on the wall in your version better tbh :^: . Only thing I'd say is the chair outside, you should model some ground under it or add a shadow in post because rn it seems to be floating in the air :) (Also just noticed but what's with the green square in the top rig...

Re: modelling a room with accurate lighting
Hello, and welcome to the forums! I'm guessing that the website the image links to is where you got the IES files? The rendering is pretty good as far as lighting goes, altho I would either reduce the exposure so that the bloom from the outside isn't as overwhelming, or close the curtains so you can...

Re: Holiday mood
Only a 2 glass window actually (modelled after the windows in my house), but you do get 3 reflections for some reason. Well, irl it's 3 bright and 2 slightly dimmer reflections so 5 in total. Not sure how that all works out though

Amazing work! Especially in the second pic, the copper material looks perfect, had me wondering for a sec if that was a photo or not

What's with the giant hole in the wall
Also, maybe turn the lamp one? Would be a lot more inviting for sure!
