Brass fittings
A small close up scene of a few random fittings, copper and nylon tubing. I used an HDR for lighting and a small amount of dof with the Twilight camera.

Re: Brass fittings
Amazing dof! Mats to perfection. Great render Range
Almost too perfect, probably needs a couple more scratches, esp for lathe or extrusion parts.

Re: Brass fittings
that's amazing! please tell us how you achieved the steel, which template etc? looks like you got a subtle 'scratchmap'.....love the imperfections to the brass. great work, copper looks very realistic too.

Re: Brass fittings
Thank-you all for the favorable comments.
@olishea The steel is from the template metals > silver with some tweaking to ior & shininess
The brass and copper is from the template brushed metal > aluminum with some tweaking and a bump map for the scratches.
