experimenting with different lighting and caustics.....63 hour render :lol: (i added some noise, raw render was too clear)

cheers stu, took ages getting the lighting right!!

the caustics pleasantly surprised me to be honest! they look smokey! and they are all real, i haven't added anything in photoshop just colour correction etc.

So you added noise afterwards... This tells me that, had you decided to use the "natural" noise, you could have reached the same result in a fraction of the time. ;)

BTW, what's inspiring you to do this kind of stuff?
