Re: Soft Furnishings

I agree that the pillows look great. The fabric on the couch is not too bad, but it is quite square... The most distracting part of the couch is the arm closest too the viewer. You see an abrupt angle on the arm that makes the whole thing look less realistic. A larger radius on all filleted edges of...

Re: Bathroom Remodel/Expansion

Thanks guys! Great suggestions. I had actually submitted to the competition before I posted this here but only recently found the results. I did not win, but did get an honorable mention.

Bathroom Remodel/Expansion

Hey guys,

Its been a little while but I thought I would share one of the more recent renders I did for a master bath remodel/expansion competition.

Let me know what you think, or if you have any suggested improvements.

Thanks,

-Scott.

Re: Astronomy Museum room 1

I think if you are going for a photo real image "picture" people are a must. Fletch is right that it is difficult, and often they are the worst looking part of a rendering, but If done right, they really make the scene 'real'.

Yeah, I appreciate it Fletch. Definately not a lot of time on these... but they were well received as part of the design presentation.

Exterior Renders (Health Clinic)

These are some renders from my most recent school work. Took a not so photo real route with these, and didn't have a lot of time to let them clear but I'm pretty happy anyway. Thought I would share.

Re: Icelandic Healthcare

Thanks guys. I agree that the lamps need re-worked. They were one of the few items that I didn't actually model myself (along with most of the stuff in the office). I should have some time to revisit this within the next four weeks. I'll keep you posted.
