Wow, I'm sure the structure engineers will be really "fascinated" after seeing this. Your design is squeamish from the structural point of view, but also a curageous and attractive design movement.

Looks interesting, but the cars have more detail when the building has less. Conceptual designs have more photoshopped environmental stuff than 3D as in final proposal models. Even so, a concept needs few realistic elements inside it, such as your two-pitches roof that needs thickness. In your image...

Wow, amazing progress :) looks more lightened. Watch for the HDRi to don't appear much brighter than the scene. The cabinet corner and the door low-end look to be very burned up.
