EDGE PROFILES

I know that this might fly against what Twilight is all about, but is there a way that 'Edge Profiles' can be shown in the same way as SketchUP? I am aware that there is an option to 'Enable Edge Lines' within the Advanced Material Settings - However, this also displays all Hidden Lines and 'Primiti...

Re: SketchUP 2016 X32 & Twilight Hobby V2.11 X32

Thanks for your input however, the 'Fix' was something a little more basic. Over the weekend I checked all of the Configuration Settings on my colleague's machine and compared them to my own. The problem was very fundamental indeed, and did not require a 'Radical Engine Overhaul,' when the cause was...

Yes, the Animation Path was there. Colleague's Machine is almost identical, they were purchased at the same time, from the same supplier.

Add a couple of scenes (move the camera between scenes). Then open the TWR Animation Editor and click the "Show the animation path" button (the film strip button). Does that crash?
Tried that an NO CRASH!

Re: SketchUP 2016 X32 & Twilight Hobby V2.11 X32

I'm afraid I don't understand some of what you are experiencing. Are you able to add SketchUp scenes by going to View -> Animation -> Add Scenes? I thought that I was quite explicit! ("I have tried to use Twilight both WITH and WITHOUT SketchUP 'Scenes' - But, to no avail! My problem is with t...

Re: SketchUP 2016 X32 & Twilight Hobby V2.11 X32

No other Plugins Active - Just 'Native SketchUP!' I have tried to use Twilight both WITH and WITHOUT SketchUP 'Scenes' - But, to no avail! My problem is with the TWILIGHT 'Scene View Button' (Binoculars on the Toolbar) One Click and everything crashes! I have also tried 'Scene View' from the Drop-Do...

Re: SketchUP 2016 X32 & Twilight Hobby V2.11 X32

We'll test it out. 32 bit installs (especially of 2015 and 2016) don't get the same level of testing because there are so few users for them (in fact I didn't even know there was a 32 bit version of 2016!). It definitely sounds like there is a bug specific to that configuration and we'll get it loo...

Re: SketchUP 2016 X32 & Twilight Hobby V2.11 X32

I haven't been able to reproduce this using SU 2016 32 bit. It doesn't crash for me. Try this: Add a couple of scenes (move the camera between scenes). Then open the TWR Animation Editor and click the "Show the animation path" button (the film strip button). Does that crash? If so, the pr...

Yes, Render, Environment, Create Light and Template Materials all work fine - It's just clicking on Scene View that makes the whole session crash.
