Re: Download Problem

There may be server maintenance going on. I just tried it and it downloaded for me in 20 seconds (on 75MBPS) so it's probably a server issue. I suggest just trying in a little while.

Re: Interior Lighting - Glowing Pendant Lights

Based on your screenshots, do you have a component open for edit when trying to render? That is generally a bad idea (it screws up geometry positions) and TWR should warn you about that. If so, make sure you render with the no components open for editing.

but where do i find that update content which is now as you say set to none :( ?
In the render window, in the toolbar, the second row on the left side, labeled "Update Content".

Have you gone through our tutorials? It's a good starting place. https://www.twilightrender.com/index.php/tutorials

Re: I see the sky when I render

It appears you have Update Content sent to "None". That may be the reason (as none of your geometry is being updated in the scene, nor is your camera view, materials, lights, etc.). It's usually best to leave that on All.

Re: I see the sky when I render

Based on your screenshot, you have your camera projection set to 'Spherical'. You need to change that to 'SketchUp View'. (Click on the camera button, and in the drop down change the "Projection" type.)

Re: twilight crash Mac ops sketchup 2019

What version of MacOS are you using? While crashes certainly can occur from time to time, and often on the Mac it's nearly impossible to repeat and determine why, it's (very) rare for it to crash every time you try to use it. I recommend deleting everything related to Twilight Render from your plugi...

Re: twilight crash Mac ops sketchup 2019

Did you confirm that you are using the latest version of Twilight Render (2.13.8)? We just released a new update.

Does it happen on any scene or just a specific one?

Twilight Render V2.13.8 (Maintenance Release)

We've just released a new update with a small (but very important fix). If you use SketchUp 2019, there is a bug in how Twilight Render talks with SketchUp regarding SketchUp Images. The result of this bug was that your render might be randomly missing pieces. This was reported a handful of times on...
