Re: incorrect rendered scene
This can happen where you are using Two-Point perspective and then moving the camera. Due to the oddities of this operation, it doesn't render correctly in TWR. If you need TwoPoint perspective, set it and render without moving the camera.

Re: delete posts
We generally don't delete posts because other users will probably come along someday with the same question. The forum largely exists to be able to share answers, tips, etc. So we leave them for the future. You can edit a post to include "[Solved]" or something similar in the title (subject). That w...

Re: Sketchup crashes following Twilight Plugin Install
What render method are you using? If you are using one of the Low-High methods, then try the Interior. If that works it may have to do with memory and the use of light-emitting materials (which should be avoided when using the Low-High render settings). Otherwise, there may be something in the scene...

Re: dark twilight rendering
Time of day looks fine. That's the only thing we can determine from the screenshot you posted. Still can't tell if your backdrop is shadowing your entire scene or what your render environment settings are. If you share the scene we can much more easily determine what the issue is.

Re: hemispherical sky on MAC
Yes, hemispherical sky works exactly the same way on both Windows and macOS. In the environment editor, choose the Hemispherical Sky option under Type and then select your image. Note that it must be a Latitude-Longitude mapped image. The tutorial here is a basic walk through on how to use the envir...

Re: tutorials for Mac users
In addition to Fletch's information, it is important to point out that the "progressive" render methods like Exterior DayLight, Interior, Interior+, are all methods that you run until you are satisfied with the result and then you stop them. They are designed to basically "run forever", but it's not...
