It appears perhaps you have increased the exposure in the Render Dialog to be appropriate for the Interior rendering, but when rendering for exterior the exposure needs to be set to 1. Sun of 4 or 5 is usually perfect.

There are no lights shown in the light dialog when there are no lights in the scene.
Open the light dialog/tool and click 3 times in your scene to add a light.

It could be that you have set the power for the lights near the mirror way too powerful, and they are causing light calculation errors. Lower the power of the lights and increase the exposure for the rendering in the Render Dialog bottom right corner "Post Pro" tab. increase exposure to 1.5, for ins...

Hobby users can edit the settings, they need to open them in a notepad editor and save as .xml
Pro users can do this from within Twilight, it's one of the many perks of having the pro version.
Pro users are more likely to need to tweak render settings. Hobby users are less likely.
