There is a "Volumetric" material template in Twilight Render's Materials. You must apply that to a volume that contains your objects. Welcome - hope these two threads can explain everything for you. My first guess is that it will not work with the NIVDIA processor which was released in 2012. But that's not my final answer. Be sure you have installed the very latest NVIDIA driver.
I had to force-install the latest driver by manual download and installation even when NVIDIA was telling me that the driver was up to date.
After that, the Denoise worked very well.
