Re: Stylized City Scape-Water Front

Thanks Posodrac, I have attached the image you like in a higher resolution if you care to have it on your desktop. Unfortunately I didn't render this long so it is of lower quality and I have since tweaked the material settings without writing down the parameters I used and for the life of me I can'...

Re: Stylized City Scape-Water Front

Thanks all for the positive comments. @ RTD Laboratories, the edges are not modeled, they are the common edges that SketchUp generates when doing modeling. The edges were enhanced through the deep material editor. I've attached the SketchUp image and another avariant using some alternate Deep Materi...

This is a render style that I've been working on for a while. It's based on a glass material then modified in the Deep Material Editor with enhancement of the wireframe edges particularily, color, thickness, emittance and radiance. Re: Silent Sentinels

Excellent, Tuna. I do like your change to the metal plates, the overhead curved conduit, and the survey equip.
:^: The camera view and tone of the image is great, pleasing and interesting to the eye.

Re: Silent Sentinels

That is really a great image Tuna! :rspkt: By applying the principals of the Golden Ratio a lot of the less interesting foreground is removed with the interest focused on that mysterious glowing light that leaves the viewer curious. An interesting read http://jakegarn.com/the-rule-of-thirds/

Re: V2 How Fast Are You - Official Twilight Scene - Bauhaus Lamp

I know this test scene is somewhat dated for the newer hardware that's available currently, but for comparison between cpu's it's all we have for right now. I just upgraded from my old i7 860 (coming up 10 years old) to an i7 9700K. I have been doing tests on my own scenes and am experiencing Twilig...
