Please post the error log you get when you install the latest version of Twilight Render V2. Also, you need to make sure you manually delete any previous installs of Twilight Render from the SketchUp plugins folder so there isn't anything left behind to cause problems. You appear to have installed a very outdated version of Twilight Render. You will need to remove all installs of Twilight Render from your SketchUp 2019 plugins folder and download and install the latest version from our website.
