it's really good so far... something about it is a little lifeless... cold.

it's missing some vegetation or some dry branches at least in the pots by the window... something to bring some life.

Re: and the second impression - exterior

one little thing - the front curb material is so dirty it's distracting the eye from the rest of the image. if the dirt could stay, but be lightened up a little bit, could be less distracting.

Re: Dual Vanity

High or High+ will server you better
even Medium+... because fuzzy tracing is not set properly for this scene in those old KT render settings.

looking like a great scene... when you have a clean rendering. ;)

Re: interior - first impression + update

yes, you can use Photoshop or other to create a good bump and specular and load those into those slots in Twilight's mat. editor.

looking good so far.

Re: First work with Twilight Render

looks impeccable at this scale. (impeccable = so good I can not find anything to critique) at full scale, I would say there's still noise... but some people like that 'look'. I hope it's still 'cooking' and you will eventually have a clear version. But if others agree, I'd say it's a gallery-worthy ...

Re: Sponza

very strange. would you mind if I ask you to try rendering it with those settings again? perhaps there's a bug or something... here's what I get with your settings... I think you'll agree it's quite a bit softer shadow than yours? (when I opened the sponza model you posted, the soft shadow box was U...
