Re: Comedy Cellar

Fletch: Wow! Thanks for the Neon Lights thread. I will definately use that one!! Yes, I notficed the base of the stand needs some smoothing. The top of the stool was using the Shiny Plastic template. Think I was going for a vinyl look. The stool legs could be rounded on the edges perhaps? They are ...

Re: London Phone Booth

Well this is something new :) looks good. You can use Shaderlight HDRi's, one of them is in London :D You're right, Twilight is awesome ! I've seen renders made with TR that can cheat eye and couldn't make the difference between the real thing and rendering  of course needs a lot of work to ach...

Re: Corvette Stingray Vision 2008 Concept

Used a little bit of the Artisan plugin to smooth sharp edges of the wheel arches. Hope it's better. I followed the tutorial with Gimp but on Photoshop. I don't know why I get that white border in the final image after overlaying :( any tips for that ?

Re: Van Gogh Collection

Lights are looking good and you improved the detail. But should the light have the angle oriented to the art piece ? In the first two attempts you had this angle, now the light goes perpendicular... or is it just me ? :D

Re: Corvette Stingray Vision 2008 Concept

I'm no expert with cars in SU, but this looks like an excellent job building a low-poly Corvette. :rspkt: Because of the segmented curves, when you render it, it may not look good in close-ups. So, you may want to save this one as "low-poly" and develop it further to have smoother curves....
