I must say I dont really understand the logic of twilight layers..? why is it not accorded exactly with sketchup scenes? (i mean the layers that are visible or not and object hidden or not). J'ai des "artefacts" qui apparaissent sur mes rendus. Par exemple en mode de rendu low+. Quand je relance un deuxieme rendu (fenetre de twilight avec le précédent rendu ouverte) les artefacts disparaissent parfois completement, parfois en partie et pas aux mêmes endroits que précédemment. ...

yes bamboo project shadows onto the windows...I'll try with the bamboo closer I suppose thats it. But one could imagine to improve the material properties to see the silhouette of the bamboo even if not so close. Cause in my example its not very close, but not so far. So I imagine in real conditions...

tried your settings Ecudorian but doesnt work for me...
light pass through the window paper panels but I cant see the silhouette of the Bambou at all

Used a SSS material called lampshade for beginning...
Do you give some tickness to your blinds?
