Thanks for the comments guys.
jo-ke, I just exported my SketchUp lines at 2-3x the size of the rendering, then scaled it down before overlaying the lines in Photoshop.

Schematic apartment rendering
This was a quick exercise to show a client how a portion of an old bank building could be used for apartments. Rendered with Easy09 for about an hour, level adjustments and line overlay in Photoshop.
If I have time, I want to revisit this and add some materials to get a finished rendering out of it.

Re: Office Lobby Renovation
All of the people were actually free ones that I have collected over the last 3+ years... Just took a lot of adjusting to try to get them to look right in the scenes. Here is one of the updated views based on the final layout of the space. I couldn't find models to match the new furniture that was s...

Awesome work as always... Great detail in the model and I really like the landscaping in all 3 images.

Re: TRYING HARD
Really nice start! The models themselves look great, my main critique is that the lighting still needs work. Each scene looks loaded with down lights, but you don't really see the light from them anywhere. I think the red carpet section has a bunch of nice ies lights to get you started. The scenes j...

Re: SubSurface Scattering Play
That first image is great. I love the lighting and the SSS material came out really nice. SSS materials is one area I haven't really experimented in... how long did these images take to render?

Modern Living Space
It's been way too long since I had some time to do a project for fun... I found a photo for inspiration on ArchDaily and tried to create my own version of it. I was able to get this far in 2-3 hours last night but I plan to develop the materials / details a little more. I feel like it needs more, bu...

Thanks for the comments. I'm currently working on updates to both views, I'll post when they are done.
JakeMM, I always add my people in Photoshop after rendering.

Re: sustainable 3 bedroom house
I like the house design and the stylized rendering. With some more work on the materials, vegetation, and background, this will be a great image.
