Re: Material Editor window doesn't have any templates in it

Restart your computer and see if the error is still there.

Please give more details... what type of system are you using? what version of SketchUp? What version of Twilight? What version of Windows? do you have Twilight installed to SketchUp 7 and to SketchUp 8 simultaneously?

User manual has been updated with a revision correcting the precise location of the temporary rendered image file. Same link as always.

Re: Kitchen

great project. :^: yes... model, lighting, and materials... and camera angle (mostly the lighting, I have a hunch. Plus, the second image is over-exposed) first - the model of the stove does not appear detailed enough, neither of the chairs. Wall base? Artwork? Light switches? Electrical Outlets? ;)...

So, if the map has a color, this will be the 'reflected' color, if it's black, there will be no color reflected, if it's white it wi...

Re: glass and metal caustics

:! ... Easy 9 is faster in every scene I've ever tried.
I know some people that render cars in lighting studios that render exclusively with Easy 10 (and they have very fast computers)

Alien XL Wortmann Designer Lamp - Sculptris

Wasn't sure how to build this in SU, and I love playing with Sculptris. Was able to import this into SketchUp and try some rendering.
Still working on a good way to light it, and what material to use.
