next I will try one with an HDR lighting only... (also known as IBL or ibl = image based lighting )

Yes, but always use Thin Glass (Architectural Glass>No Shadow) for glass in buildings. Easy 09 does not render light coming through thick glass unless the light comes from a light emitting surface or HDR... so it will render dark with sun and sky. In this case, I would: do the quick model. Apply the plastic shiny and other material templates where you need them. Set the object on a flat ground plane or on a screen background as shown above.
