I need some advice, or a source, for creating materials/textures that I can use in my models and renders that look like the examples in the images below without having to have hundreds of faces in my SU model. Notice that I will need to be able to have both the "face on" and side view mate...

Thanks Majid…. I will watch them also. In particular the ones related to perspective. I do not have Photoshop. I have an older version of Xara Graphic and Photo Designer that allows you to a lot of the same things. The images posted before was a lot of “playing around” with brushes and other stuff t...

Probably a silly question but did you check to see that they are not reversed faces? Even if you apply a color/texture to a reversed face it will not render correctly.

And still some more playing around/learning. Combination of experimenting with brushes and filling. Obviously this is going to take some time, patience, and learning.

Thanks........this will preserve your original thread. I will go off and look at some more tutorials. What little I have see...
