when you render with HDR, remember to turn sun off. The HDR IS the sun.Fletch wrote: The best way to light a night scene is with a sunset HDR......no sun shine on! just use the HDR spherical to light your scene...

Excellent work. I think your clients should be thrilled with that!
The big light off to the left seems to overpower the scene... but it does help you see what's going on for sure!

looking great - if you copy the render as an additional layer on top of itself and choose "soft light" blending mode (pshop) and adjust opacity to something quite low, it will hopefully give you some additional depth/details.

what, precisely, do you think resolved the render problem? where was the problem spot in the model? just what the RAM can handle. (SU=32bit app. = approx. 3.2Mb limitation... at best... even if you have 4Gb or 12Gb of RAM) just because a texture is 1Mb on your desktop doesn't mean it's actually very...
