hi, my first idea was to simply take the photo, stretch it in photoshop (to texture the switch with it) and make it a light emitter. But if you are going for a very realisic "macro" product shot, it could be better to model it... maybe start off with blue realistic glass and a pointlight b...

o.m.g. ..... thats by far the trickiest part of our business, especially nowadays. Very useful link Stu, thanks a ton! It has drawn my attention on the concept to charge per single render, whatever the deadlines might be. It is so nerve wrecking difficult to make a pricing based on working days/hour...

thanks for your kind words :D yeah, it was alway fun to work with projections. After 18 years I have somehow "seen them all" and want some change. Dunno where it is going yet... need to establish a new vision. For sure it will have something to do with architecture and lighting... :! Respe...
