If you check page 2 there are the result of the same computer with my old processor (4 cores 4 threads) with the new (6 cores 12 threads) it's about half time

I didn't do much of exterior renderings before and I I don't know what I'm doing wrong with the sky. I downloaded some spherical sky images they are 20000x10000px but the lower 5000 are all black and some of that part appear in my renderings, I try to cut out that part but is not working. According to Intel's website, this cpu only has 4 cores and 4 threads , so it is going to be slower than most 4 core machines which are hyperthreaded, meaning it has 4 cores, but 8 threads... such as a Corei7. Regarding your image size, you need to uncheck "Fit to View Proportion" in the render window. When that is checked, it will size your image to fit within the area you type in, but sized to match the aspect ratio of you SketchUp view. If you want exactly the size you enter, you have to mak...

Yes, if you don't use the same render presets, you can get different results. The "+" presets have additional settings enabled that could certainly cause differences in specular reflection. I don't see the reflection you are talking about. Do you mean the large inset panel on the wall? If...

That was my first idea Chris....but I knew I was missing something in there so I did a test and I added a light close to a chair and I did a rendering and had no reflections..... Before I left work yesterday I launched another rendering without hope but I need it for this ...
