SU 2017 Loading TwilightRender V2 Errors

I have been using SU Make 2016 and 2017 with TwilightRender on my 64 bit PC with Windows 10 for awhile without any issues. However, recently I installed SU Make 2017 and TwilightRender on my 64 bit laptop with Windows 10, and when I start SU Make 2017, a Load Errors box shows the following:

Sorry, I need to clarify for my earlier post. I installed TwilightRender V2 Hobby , 64 bit, for Windows 10 OS.

That's strange. It looks correct (the directory path, 64 vs 32). Uninstall Twilight Render completely. If you moved anything around manually, delete it. Then download the latest 64 bit TWR installer and reinstall.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried uninstall both SU and TWR several times and reinstall them. I have even done virus scan and malware scan. Nothing seems to work. Same errors.

Does it still work with SU 2016?

I just downloaded SU 2017 and TWR Hobby and didn't have any trouble. As I said, it doesn't appear like any of the paths are wrong or incompatible (32 v 64).

After you installed SU 2017, did you re-run the TWR installer or did you copy files over from 2016? Also can you check if Twilight Render V2 is installed at C:\Program Files\Twilight Render 2?

Yes, I even re-downloaded the installer files from both Trimble and Twilight and reinstalled them a few times. I even uninstalled some of the other software programs unrelated to SU and TWR I don't need to see if that would make a different.

I installed SU to C:\Program Files\ and installed TWR to C:\Program Files\Twilight Render 2 folder.

I am suspecting that either there is some issue with my Windows 10 OS or a virus my anti-virus can't detect. Anyway, thank you for all your help!

That is very odd. Usually with this kind of thing it's either a mismatch between 64 bit and 32 bit, or a copy and paste error. Unfortunately this kind of thing is hard to diagnose without being able to see the computer.

Good news! I removed both SU17 Make and TWL Hobby from my laptop. Reinstalled both SU16 Make and SU17 Make and TWL Hobby. When I ran SU16, there is no issue with TWL loading up. Then I ran SU17, a message popped up saying that TWL does not have setup ...available for this version of SU, do you want to copy it from the previous version? After I clicked YES, TWL was loaded into SU17 with no issues. Bingo!!! Thanks Chris for all your help!

I am having the same problem, removed every files possible. Uninstalled TRProV2, restarted my computer, downloaded the latest TR Win64. I am using Sketchup 2020 and 2017. place the installed files in C:\Program Files (x86)Twillight render 2/.
But still get this attached error 193
It was working perfectly fine 2 days ago on both version of SU.
Please help, I need it!
