Error

Post by fails12 » Thu Feb 14, 2019 10:46 am

Hi, i have a problem.

I started to use Twilight hobby but all images after rendering was scrachy, with white lines on it.
I imported dwg, created face from it and added simple material - grass, asphalt etc. and error happened to everything.
After many experiments i found out that this is happening with dwg imported in origin place, far away from default template girl. Same situation when i draw simple polygon near my imported file. Importing without original place looks fine. Any ideas where a problem is and how to fix it?

:welcome:

If geometry is far away from 0,0,0 origin in SketchUp, it can cause problems as the geometry reported by SketchUp to Twilight engine will be misreported resulting in errors like this.

Make sure all objects in your scene are not too distant from SketchUp's origin.
Make sure all objects in your scene are properly scaled.
Be sure to follow all of the steps in the Preflight Checklist before rendering.
