Exploration render hangs with section cut 2019

I installed the version linked in the announcement post that is supposed to be 2.11 but it still shows 2.12.8 in SketchUp.

Initially we had backed the "official" release of MacOS to 2.11. After rebuilding with an older framework we re-released the "offical" version as 2.12, with a note that if you encounter problems, try 2.11.

Let us know if 2.11 works better for you. Most people who encountered problems did not have any problems with 2.11. I am curious if the Section Plane issue is fixed in 2.11 (because there is absolutely no reason why it should be!).

We have an update (2.12.15) that we would like you to try (anyone who is encountering Mojave related problems).

This should fix the section cut issue. The problem is related to the SketchUp api that is provided for plugins. A bug report has been filed with SketchUp. Hopefully we will see a fix in the future. In the meantime, TWR was modified so that all Section Cuts are considered "active". This means you can't deactivate a Section Cut, they will all render. A workaround is to place a Section Cut on a layer and hide that layer.

Hopefully this fix (2.12.15) should resolve the section cut issues as well as any secondary UI problems.
