Render turns solid GRAY color help pls

Hello there I'm new to twilight
And..
I have a problem when rendering with artificial lights.
I can render with sunlight just fine but when I use artificial lights and render, the scene turns out ALL GRAY. Just SOLID GRAY COLOR.. I tried to follow tutorials online but to no prevail. Please help I need this it's for my final project this semester

Posting screenshots showing your light settings and or the model that behaves this way would be helpful....

Yes, please post what presets you are using and some information on the scene. Have you tried other simple scenes and lights?

It's great students are getting these sorts of tools, but I think I am glad I never had to deal with this tech in school. Pencils and markers were about all I needed in school. And toothpicks for one project. We did CAD but it was more of a workshop than a serious class.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

First, I would save, and exit SketchUP, and maybe restart the computer, and then retry rendering without opening anything other than SketchUP.
Next, I would test this in a new clean scene with a simple box and a single light. This is to determine if the problem is with all scenes, or may be related to resources like RAM.

Can you please provide computer specs and O.S.?
Which version of Twilight Render? (From where did you download the program?)
Please provide scene for diagnosis. Link to file share site is fine.

I tried all the following and even Uninstalled it and reinstalled it again my laptop is Asus gamin laptop with I core 7 and 16 GB ram please help me its been almost 2 weeks and I'm stuck on this I'm really stressed
