render animation

Hi can anyone help, as I just cant seem to find the answers on line! I am really new to twighlight render. An I am ok with rendering still images. However I have been asked to produce a rendered walk through, and I am really struggling with this. I have made my walk through in sketch up. It has 6 scenes and the sketch up video says it has 145 frames. I understanding about re using lighting and camera only, but for the life of me I cant work out what figures I need to put in the 'start', 'end' and 'FPS' Can any one advise or direct me? Please my head is burst
