Twilight Render User Forum

Hi everyone,

I upgraded to SketchUp 2019 on my Mac (I previously used SketchUp 2015 with a previous version of Twilight and I had no problem with that) I tried to install all the version of Twilight render but no one of them working... for all of them a weird message appears to me when I launch the software
I attach it at the end of this post.
I tried everything, but nothing seems to help...

You appear to have installed a very outdated version of Twilight Render. You will need to remove all installs of Twilight Render from your SketchUp 2019 plugins folder and download and install the latest version from our website.

Thank for your kindly reply, but as I typed, I tried ALL Twilight version, starting with the latest one of course!... it making me mad because I loved this render engine, and actually it doesn't run....

Please post the error log you get when you install the latest version of Twilight Render V2.

Also, you need to make sure you manually delete any previous installs of Twilight Render from the SketchUp plugins folder so there isn't anything left behind to cause problems.

Which version of Mac OS are you using, please? Is it 10.11 or later? Is it 64bit?

I posted this to a recent mac user experiencing similar installation challenges.

that's my version

Twilight requires Mac 10.11 or later. Apple added certain dependent libraries (for programmers in the SDK) in Mac 10.11 that are not present/available in earlier versions.
