interior lighting help

AM remodeling our bathroom and created a model with 4 point lights over the vanity. Set the power in watts and made each light 20 watts. Have included screen shot of the settings in TR plus my final render. The lights are very bright and "blowing" out the wall section underneath.

What other settings can I use to make it more natural appearing?

First, maybe change radius to 1 inch or .5 inch and place bulbs up into lamp shade.

Balancing the brightness of lights in the scene is a combination of the Exposure or Tone Mapping for the rendering and the power of the lights themselves. It seems your light power is fine, so I'm guessing the exposure or tone mapping needs to be adjusted.
