Rendering Lighting

Post by mrparch » Sat Mar 07, 2020 12:22 am

I have a classroom sketch and have lighted with down lights and have created a special fixture which is lighted with emitter strip.

I have rendered the scene several times and have tweaked either the number of fixtures or the lumen values to get the visual I want. At one point after updating the scene the rendered product is intensely lighted even after taking out the light fixtures from the scene updating and re-rendering. Prior renderings did produce good results with proper scene lighting.

I have checked wall materials to make sure that the wall color selected is not the same as the emitter color. Render still is lighted.
