Rendering

Hello,

I have problem about rendering. I just open sketchup file (from 2017 version) in my 2018 version, then try to render. But there's nothing showup, just white blank image. How to fix it ?

Hello - seems strange.
First, please be sure you are using the latest version of Twilight Render from our Downloads page. (currently 2.15.1)

Second,
Please go to Extensions>Twilight Render V2>Options
in the list in the left side of the dialog choose "Options" again.
Open the Twilight Render system log by clicking the "Log" button.
Render and then copy-paste the log info here.
