Rendering problem

Hello, I am using Twilight render for my personal project but I have a problem with rendering. The reflection on the wood floor looks odd.

I don't know what the problem is. Please any help

Which render setting are you using?

Looks like your bump map strength is too high.

Hello Fletch,

I don't really know maybe I need to check my bump strength again.
But from my trials, I observed that when I use the normal SU Wood or imported wood texture only, the render won't show the odd reflection.

It only occur when I apply the twilight templates ( wood or plastic). I've tried all wood material in twilight and still got the same result except for t template-flat( without shinness).

Just wanted to apply small shinness to the wood texture. :!

If the issue is that the reflection is not sharp enough, you can increase the Shininess value in the TWR material editor. This will increase the glossiness factor and give a sharper reflection. You can go all the way up to 5000 (or more) for a really glossy reflection.

I'm not sure I understand the problem - can you specify better what you find to be the problem? Maybe what I think is the problem is not the problem.
Can you post a link to download the file to take a look at it?

Ok..
I tried uploading the source file but I couldn't. Cause the file size is too large.
Here is a small scene with same problem:

Medium render setting will likely have too low quality AA sampling for blurry reflections. Use shiny reflections, or use Easy 09, or use better AA settings for Medium. Render Setting Advanced>Alternative AA>choose another Medium setting based on AA you wish.

To adjust shininess you can change the IOR, lower number is less shiny.

I like the template "Advanced Reflection>Wood, Mapped Reflection" but it's for use with Easy 09, or Medium+, but for finished images where quality counts, Easy09 is best. Fastfoward denoise plugin for Twilight greatly reduces render times with Easy 09.
