render issue

Post by pafic » Fri Jun 03, 2022 9:18 am

Hello everyone.
I have a problem. Whenever i render with an emitter (fake or not fake) in the scene, the render result is just plain white...
Any suggestions on how to fix?

Can you give specifics of your computer please? Operating System?

Can you provide a link to a scene for us to test?

Have you followed the Preflight Checklist?

You may like the video tutorials linked in my signature - they could save you a lot of time and frustration. :^:

we have heard a couple other people with this problem. We need some information.
Can you run a Diagnostic? Give computer specs?

go to:
Extensions>TwilightV2>Diagnostic Report
then choose: Diagnostic>All
See if there are any images or properties that appear out of the ordinary or problematic, such as odd format texture image (like in targa format, or something out-of-the-ordinary like that) or if you have some very high resolution textures maybe in the sky or anywhere else that may be filling up the RAM and causing the error.

Another tool for checking scene problems:
Error Log found under Extensions>Twilight V2>Options ... inside Twilight's Options dialog> choose "Options" > "Open the Twilight Render system log:"
When you try to render now, the system log should show us some errors - copy and paste them to us here please.
