Render Preset

Post by ntxdave » Fri Mar 18, 2016 4:23 pm

What is the difference between Low and Low+ (as an example)?

Is there something I can read/watch that will help me understand the difference in rendering presets?

Low - lower antialiasing level, lower surface fuzzy tracing, lower reflection threshold, good soft shadows.
Low+ higher antialiasing level, higher surface fuzzy tracing, fine soft shadows, higher reflection threshold.

These tutorials are from V1 but still apply, but now with V2 you can more easily edit your render settings within Twilight now - no need to edit in external text editor.

Please note, the ability to edit presets in the Twilight Render XML editor is a Pro-only feature.

Ah, yes, correct.
But one may still edit the presets manually with a text editor, as shown in the V1 Best of Tips and Tricks.
