animation editor - lighting render changes wildly from frame to frame

If the above clip works, it illustrates how every frame produced by Twilight is generating a wildly different lighting solution. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks

With the Animation Editor open, click on the 'Animation' drop down. Click the check box that says 'Reuse Lighting Information'. However, this only works if you have no moving objects in the scene (Update Content set to 'Camera Only').
If you have moving objects, you will need to use one of the animation render settings. Click on the Render Settings drop down and choose from under '4) Animation'.
