Calibrate your Monitor

Post by Fletch » Fri Jan 22, 2010 9:54 pm

From this discussion at Kerkythea forum, Notareal placed some nice links for helping calibrate your monitor.

Calibrating your monitor is critical for image professionals (or serious hobbyists).

This is somehow oriented to dvd, blu-ray, hdtv, consumer calibration. It's interesting but for computer... I'm not sure.

I have a Spyder3 Pro and it does a great job.

The only problem is when I take the image to another projector or monitor...makes you want to calibrate the world!

I got the Spider3 and Print3 set...printer calibration is an art...an art that I haven't mastered!
