How to Modify a Twilight Render in Piranisi

(from this tip by Shura)

If you are looking for a workflow to paint into your Twilight render with Piranesi, then try this:
  1. Export an Epix file from the view in Sketchup that you want to render
  2. Render exactly the same view in Twilight and save the render as bitmap image
  3. Open the Epix in Piranesi
  4. Import the rendered Image into the Piranesi Epix (a new layer will be created)
Now you can paint into your Twilight render in Piranesi.
You must be using Piranesi 2010 which supports layers
