rescue dark renders

This trick is not only for Twilight render, but also you may use it via other render engines, while you have not enough time to re-render your model and it is really time saver while re-arranges your color in an acceptable appearance
Some times your renders are dark and you do not have enough time to re-render the whole scene, if this is your question ,this trick would be really handy for you.
In this case I was working on an interior and redesign of my friends home and at this stage I was in a hurry to show him something.
After a rapid design and modeling, I chose Twilight render because of fast material editor tool and ready templates and also nice lighting possibilities.
Result renders were dark and suppressing and there was not enough time to re-render the model, so used the nice capability of HDRI file format.the trick consists of these steps:
Save your rendered image as HDRI in Twilight
Open it in PhotoShop
From image menu--> mode , change the mode to 8 bits
It will appear an interface that lets you fine tune your renders,
Tune your renders as needed (Equalize Histogram will happy you, I guess ;) )
Save your renders in desired format

****** : you also may convert usual 8bit images to 32 bits and then convert them to 8 bits and do the trick on them
Enjoy rendering

here are some samples
