Thanks a lot :) Impressive how much you don't need other plugins to section and afterwards to render or to try lots of postprocessing techniques! :^:

We added a new video tutorial today - using this Sales Shop practice scene.
The video is "Getting Started - Materials for Architectural Interiors". The zip file below includes the IES light files you will need to load into the IES lights in order for them to work properly.
The zip file contains the bump map texture for the ceramic tiles... you will see in the video where this is needed. ;)

We added a new video tutorial today: "Intro to Lighting" this is a very basic tutorial covering the four main light types available from the Twilight Render Create Light tool.
Here is the scene to download so that you may work along with the video.

Thanks. This is a great help. Can you give a few notes on combining the lights with light fixtures?

The Create Light dialog box in the Intro To Lighting video does not look the same as the one in my software...

Recently addressed elsewhere (http://twilightrender.com/phpBB3/viewto ... =11&t=5071), the lighting dialog was updated a couple releases ago and now uses lumens-per-watt efficacy, rather than efficiency. It is now more realistic when setting light intensities. The videos may not match exactly depending on the date the video was produced. However, light intensity is pretty straightforward: choose your wattage and choose your efficacy based on type (Incandescent, etc.), or just set your lumens directly if you happen to know it.
