You should have access now (I see that your account is upgraded). You will find the forums on the main page (
www.TwilightRender.com/phpBB3), a little further down than half way.

At the top of the forum under the word "Quick Links" choose "Board Index".
Then look for the Red Carpet section of the forum. You should be able to see it if your name is in Blue on the forum.
