what do you do with lost storage space in both bottom cabinet corners? (one below/behind sink, and one next to breakfast bar)

That is a very nice, effective layout. I think the cabinets in the corner would have the swing out/rotating shelving concept which is so good it has never been used in a flat/house I lived in which is annoying. Crawling into corners of cabinets to get a tin of something or a pot I cannot quite reach, is annoying and leads to head injury.

As far as I remember, the space after the washer was used for a water filter. And at the breakfast corner space , as shown by Mike1158, was used an angular storage mechanism. The thing is not cheap

I never thought about the cabinets corners. Maybe I have long and strong arms. Always learning.
Tuna you need to buy a plastic step (€5,99).
