Hotrod

Post by Mike1158 » Sat Sep 01, 2018 7:18 pm

Just a WIP, many things to change but I wanted to see how panel gaps etc were in a render, where errors stick out a mile.

I mentioned this to you before, but... the unattractive ground plane is distracting from the rendering subject matter :totgm:

HDR soft box/light tent lighting would be a direction I would explore.

Or this ready-made-for-Twilight Render car lighting studio... :! Check out this thread - :shh: FREE SCENE TO DOWNLOAD!- the lighting/camera angle are critical - they don't change the render time much, but the difference in outcome is night and day. ;)

Subject: '57 Chevy

Why not try it just for fun? It worked for John!

The mat in that last image would be nice if it is available. I sometimes render the model as it develops but worrying about perfect lighting is not what I am going for yet. I am wanting to see the little flaws that only show up in a rendered image, darnit. Anyway, thanks for the comments, they are always positive, one day they may sink in. Perhaps. Maybe. :^:
