Maisonette, open plan.

A simple render of the ground floor. Impressed by the deonise plugin. The Bullrush lights are a feature for decoration as well as low light settings.

Hey Mike, have you tried looking at Houzz app for your mobile, or Houzz.com for design inspiration? Another great design inspiration resource is Pinterest.

Thanks, Fletch. I will try that link, inspiration is always helpful. Pinterest I gave up on a while ago, searches led to too much dross with no relevance but others may find it helpful no doubt. My bit of autism means I appreciate search results that agree with the terms I use rather than those the engine wants to provide.

Thanks mate. Not sure the adjustable glass opacity works well at that level though.
