Studio Break Time

End of the day in the studio....... Just a little practice model I cobbled together.

Scene lit with a HDRI and a light in the lamp. 100 passes Easy 9, 2200 x 1223 px , about 13 hours on the iMac. Post pro in Affinity. Maybe should have "powered" the light in the lamp down a little :! . Overall it has the look I was shooting for.

Excellent render  :rspkt:
Materials :^: Lighting :^: modeling :^: composition :^:
My only crit....would be the oversaturated outdoor background seems a little out of place.

I thin it is a marvelous render in all respects. As for the over saturated exterior, no idea, more exterior light MIGHT help but possibly a different HDRI. :^: :hat:

Thanks guys..... Agree with rangerrick's comment about the background being a bit oversaturated. Going to have to think on the best approach to address that.

No need to do a 13 hour re-render. I would make adjustments to the rendered TW image background
with a photo editor. Much more control. We all love Twilight Render for it's ease of use and
quality of output, but rarely if ever is the final result perfect. If you haven't done so already
I would suggest watching the videos in the last two topics in the Pull Up a Chair section of the
forum to see the extent of post image processing professionals go to for that perfect image.

It's a great image! :rspkt:

The brightness/saturation of the background is out of place, and easy to fix. Render alpha mask of the scene without any glass in your windows and adjust the outdoors in post pro. ;)

Yep, just like everyone else already said, interior looks really good but the outside need to be tuned down a bit. Props for adding a lot of detail and items on the tables/shelves, makes it look like someone is actually working there.

Thanks everyone for your comments and suggestions. :^: Went back into the model and made some adjustments. Ran a new render and alpha mask. Tweaked on the saturation and brightness/contrast of outdoor background. Think this one turned out pretty good. Think I'll move on to something else now  .
