Great picture!
I'd like to see some items featured on the peninsula counter.
I think I know of some great green mable. Unfortunately it's on my friend's counter not in my computer!

No sarcasm involved. Supposed to be a comment on the quality of the render being good enough for me to call a photograph. It was supposed to be slightly funny is all. Written communication and all it's prattfalls.

Image with changed marble texture for countertops (per pbacot's suggestion) and with something on the counter in the foreground. Apples and plate/knife by Majid.

To me this one is much better/very good. I think the lighting, counter top and new additions make the entire render much nicer.

Interesting: Turns out that the bloom in the OP was from opening the rendered image (saved in .hdr format) into Photoshop 2019 and converting to 16bit - the options in the dialog default to giving a bloom effect. Since then, that setting has been turned to zero.
