Here's an old test scene I stumbled across.
I have it credited to "Pibuz" but I'm not sure where it originated. If you know, please let me know.

What would you change in this scene to improve the photo-realism in Twilight Render with this scene?

Added, I am guessing the 4' tall patio doors was not worth mentioning but thought I would. Sort of thing I occasionally do.

Looks good Mike, I like the sunlight on the wall in your version better tbh . Only thing I'd say is the chair outside, you should model some ground under it or add a shadow in post because rn it seems to be floating in the air

(Also just noticed but what's with the green square in the top right... a rendering glitch?)

Thanks, I'll check the thing hanging in the air that I completely missed so thanks for the pointer. The chair does not have to be there really but I tried the hdri on the off chance I could get it close enough. There is no 'ground' there as you pointed out.
