It reminds me more of the Far East. Not like საქართველო. But the night mood I like.

It's a fantastic render but in my very humble opinion, the bump on the road texture is overdone. Trams and cars would not run on that road but, it is a detail.

I don't see "bumps" I see raindrops hitting the road.

of course it not likes საქართველო. i put text TBILISI because, i wanted to fix it is done by Georgian ქართველის მიერ.

Sorry mate, the bump is too deep in my opinion. It would be practically impossible to drive on and would damage cars etc.

- when it rains, the water in the puddle is blurred
- when I see blurry drops, I also see bands of blurred light (car headlights)
- add some environmental fog to buildings in the background in PS
