I see some yellow artifacts in the nose and wheel (Front left) and have no idea where thay come from. I will fine tune and see what comes of it.

make sure no material is greater than 85% saturation.

Thanks Fletch, pretty sure none are but I'll check.

If you send me a link to the model in PM I can try to diagnose with less guessing. ;)

Done.

I can't diagnose the scene as it looks like the materials are set to flat.
Also, I don't have the same studio light as you do.
You can open your original scene and export entire scene and assets from the Render dialog as a zip package.

change color of car to 85 saturation and try lowering yellow even more

Thanks Fletch,

Pretty sure I had changed that green. One of the problems here is that the British Racing Green is practically black and it is bloody difficult to get a decent representation on a render, not got there yet.

Same location for the zip.

I have added a reflector in this but still get the yellow flecks on the front corner nearest the camera.

These look like the classic artifact called "fireflies" and are usually due to a material breaking the rules of physics. I will analyze when I get the correct "skippy". ;)

It appears that your yellow material has fully saturated yellow in the reflection channel.
This is likely the problem.

It is becoming difficult for me to over-emphasize how important this rule is. No purely saturated colors allowed in any channel. This equates in the engine to being the power of the reflection of light bouncing off of the object. Therefore, it's impossible that the 100% of the light can bounce off of the surface. So think of this saturation and brightness combination as "the amount of light and color I think would reflect off of the surface".

I found another example in the same scene with the color of the seats - too bright/saturated. I had to lower them to 70 for each in order to eliminate chance of artifacts. While 85 may have worked, it's on the "border" of possibly producing these fireflies or artifacts.
