Inside each headlight you have 6 small spotlights each set to 10000 Watts and I can't help but think this will make artifacts for the rendering.
They are behind 2 layers of glass which have the Library Material for Car Windshield applied which seems like it would likely interfere with the headlights.

I changed the material on the glass covering the headlight to be the default thin "architectural" glass, and I hid the second inner layer of glass covering the headlights as it doesn't seem important to the rendering. (unseen)And would only increase render times and likelihood of artifacts.

I set the spotlights to be type LED (65lm/w) and to a power of 50w each (already way too bright, but, not 10000W)

I also reduced the saturation of the yellow to 60 and lightness to 50 in Sketchup.

These changes helped, but none of these changes seemed to eliminate the fireflies completely. Which leads me to think it's a problem with the geometry. Please try to make sure the bumper is a clean solid model. (add thickness so that it can hold water, has no twists or overlapping faces or holes.)

You have an HDR image to light the scene, so why have you put the car inside of a closed space?

The walls of the enclosure have no thickness and I think this is what caused the fireflies. HDR light leaking through the cracks.

I deleted the top dome of the enclosure, and the fireflies went away. :!:

That said, all of my other changes still stand as good practice and should speed up the rendering.

If you don't like the look of the HDR you were using, choose a different one, or set sky to black color and insert a simple flat rectangular plane and paint an emitter surface onto it.

Also - hide the engine and other hi-poly items that can not be seen in the rendering to speed up render times.

Note - the scale of the object is incredibly large - the car is 10000' long. :?

Rescale the model to be 10' long and it should also reduce chances of artifacts.

There is a Twilight Material Template called "Car Paint" - you should use that and tone down the default green reflection color.

Note, the car is 12,000 feet long to deal with well known sketchup surface problems. Making any kind of automotive surface works far better when this is done.

I am using the car paint template.

The hdri is switched off too and sky has been selected with sun off.

I'll probably reduce the model when I am done checking surfaces and their voracity, 1:1 scale is a real bear to get surfaces right, you will see the rear wing has changed, this is due to a problem where the face units seemed good but turned out to be corrupt. The double wall thing I will try in the morning.

Thanks for the input Fletch, always appreciated.

Fireflies disappeared for me when I set sky to "background color" > Black
and deleted the dome roof and inserted a simple plane over the car and applied emitter to that surface.
Download linked file above to see my changes. Hope all goes well for you.
You may have disabled the sun, but the hdri was still set to illuminate the scene in the file I have. This was what was causing the fireflies in my testing. :!

The major problem with the car being 1000x proper size is of course the light wattage. secondary problem is the materials translucency, transmittance, and reflection calculations.

Maybe just try up-scaling to 10x of the proper size instead of 1000x?
